lol And that is the thing.... I have been trying to figure out what the hell it is. At this point I am starting to think, it is some sort of a combination of a mechanical mod, plus a rebuildable atty like the AGA-T, but I don't, since I can't reallt get an answer. In a way, it is frusting. lol

What got me into vaping? How did I start? My wife got me to make a crazy *** mod. That was enough, and I started vaping.

Alot of that all has to do with the C rating of the battery. In general, the mAh rating, in most cases will not matter, what really matters in my experience, is the actual C rating of the battery itself. In my own personal mods that I make, that do not use standard lithium ion batteries, but lithium polymer battery packs, I always use a high C rated battery (20C rated, with a 40C burst rate, or higher. 20C at a minimum), and these alaways have a much better performance, simply because they have a much higher load handling capacity, and a better chemistry than LiOn. Just my opinion of course.

I have seen a lot of dicussion about "Hybrid" mods. Can somebody actually explain, exactly, what the hell, and actual "Hybrid" is?

I started at 24mg/ml nic stength. Within two months, kicked it down to 12mg/ml. A year latter, kicked it down to 6mg/ml, and it is fine. But, I have always been a heavy vaper. I can go through up to 8ml of juice a day, at 4.2v with a 1.5 ohm dual coil tank carto, and that has been constant. Less nic? I would have to think yes, I get less nic now, and working towards using zero nic juices. In fact, I am looking forward to it.

Hey all. Introductions are allways needed, so here we go..... Most people know, and call me Vesuvius, since I am most known for making the Praetorain Super mod, a 10,000 mAh vari volt custom mod (not trying to spam here, or promote, just explaing my history and background). How did I get to that point? My wife! lol Long story, but, she asked me to make a mod out of lithium polymer battery I was using for professional RC car racing. That was maybe four years ago, and I was not vaping. Fast forward to November of 2010, and I finally got around to building the mod, and liked it so much, that I finally got rid of the analogs, and went digital. Now, I vape my own mods, my own juice (I do not sell it, and only make juice for fun), and love every minute of it. Moding..... it got me into vaping, especially my first vari volt, was my own mod. Strange how that works! lol As we in the community all know, vaping is CONSTANTLY evolving, and even being a modder, I still have all kinds of questions that I am always wanting to ask. I love the community, and the ideas that are always tossed around and discussed. Not to mention to mention, the unity we have as a community. My mods, and devices? Preatorian Super Mod X 2 Provari Lavatube V2 5volt box mod with 2 X 18650 Ego Mini Elipse I am looking to buy in a couple weeks, a Sigelei ZMAX, to replace the Lavatube V2, since it has so many problems. I would suggest not getting a Lavatube V2, if you are in the market for a new mod. The thing sucks. Way to many issues. Customer service was good though (I have a Volcano Cafe not too far from where I live, and their warranty/return policy is great, so no worries there. I still will not buy any of their stuff again). Anyway, you want advice, a custom mod, or to just shoot the ****, I always welcome it. Now, I am off to air a serious *****, about how we as vapers, are being screwed with, and discriminated against. Oh, and very glad to be here, where I can post with freedom.

Hey everyone. I have been vaping for a little over a year now, and liked it so much, I started moding, and looking for new and interesting ways to create ecig mods, out of pretty much anything that either myself, or others can think of. Despite all that, I always still have questions ranging from testing nic lvls in juice, building SS mesh wicks for rebuildable attys (I STILL can't seem to get that one right, and I have a brand new AGA-T I am still trying to get working. Damn hot spots), and just constantly learning and evolving with the industry. Current mods are: Provari, Lavatube V2 (I do not suggest that anybody gets one of those right now. Too may bugs that still need to be worked out), a custom built e-pipe (just finished that today), my own vari volt mod, a 5v box mod, ego mini, and other stuff. I mostly vape my own juice, but I really like Vapedudes juice.
