  1. Ok, so I see the vendors list and dug around alittle but some website posted by someone and just a few hits isnt helping, and I see suppliers listed within posts and replies. but its too much sometimes to keep searching 50 diff sites. I would like to get some of the best venders for pricing, selection and service all in one pile. so add your fave or +1 someone elses choice, it would help me alot as theres just too many out there anymore.
  2. Took until my 3rd week to finally get past the loopiness, everyone is different, but for me my chest already quit hurting, I sleep soo well now being able to breath. when I smoked a cig i I smoked the whole d*mn thing, no sitting in the ashtrays for me almost 2 pks a day for over 30 years and not being able to stop was killing me fast, literally. for those times i seem a little edgy I up the nic level, i found changing the flavor helps as well. In the beginning what I thought I would like turned out to not do the job like I thought it would and now im still w bacco flavors but nothing like a marlboro light or parliament like I originally wanted. then you need to factor in the equipment your using it may beat the urge but not satisfing the craving to just smoke a cig. there too once I found something to give me a choker hit i slowed way down (after gagging for 5 min lol) and had alot less urge to feel the real smoke, the feel of the hit is one of the most important parts of all this. then theres the worst part, some of your physical symptoms are your mind playing tricks on you, trying to get that cig back between your fingers, why? You said you smoked over 30 years, as I, I couldnt figure it out, the nic was under control, the feeling of smoking was there, but why did I start to get edgy at work or after a good meal and still want a real one? Becuase its not just a mindless addiction, or chemical attachment, iits a part of you, what you do, who you are it defined you, good times, bad times, breakups, new job, new house, parties, depression, sadness and triumph. that cigarette was always there, the friend who never judged, never faltered, never changed, and we made sure we went out of our way to get another. now your simple trying to tell your brain and body "cant touch that anymore", and your gonna get cranky, hell most people cant throw away a pair of worn out jeans if they still feel good, why should we expect something we have done for 30 years to be any easier. it can keep the addiction in check but some people have to mentally adjust to the fact that its working but its not completely the same thing. i cant suggest anything for your health as i dont know the general condition your in. but drink lots of water(very important), rest if you feel you need it, and try to take a walk or something active to get you breathing again. I found some juices, no matter what it says on the label just dont get it done like something the same strength from someone else does (different grades/quality of nic maybe? anyone?). maybe change the equipment up a little, like stated that feeling/taste of the hit helps sooooo much. good luck and dont give in without a fight. It's tough, you feel crappy at times but everyone is telling the truth, you WILL start to feel better, and dont feel guilty if you slip in a real smoke once in a while, not everyone does a complete switch at once, at first I didnt I smoked 2 or 3 a day then week 2-3 I couldnt stand the taste of real smokes anymore and went nuts with the vaping. 5 weeks in I still think about cigs but cant find any reason to go get one. for me 5 weeks= 70 packs of cigs=$525 not spent on killing myself.
  3. thank you very much I was thinking about at work after I wrote it and this is what I thought more to do with "if you already have this size you need these etc. Ok got another one for ya lol.... I see alot of ego kits, a few of them are really nice with a few samples of each type of vaping included to get to try them all, anyone know of somewhere that has something like this with a twist battery instead of standard type? or should i just forget it and build my own, grab bag style. (a few of these, some of those, one of that). theres so many d#mn options its kinda overwhelming, "oh another vender has these but not those", gettting tunnel vision w 9 windows open for 5 hours lol My friends think im crazy "oh look here he goes again off into OCD land" again thanks as these forums are really helping as i scour for info.
  4. Hey all! back w some more questions. ok i know I want an ego twist, and i understand they all have the 501 thread on top, but i see alot of talk with the previouse batteries about A acc's for A batt. B acc's for B batt. but no mention of the twist is it A? or b?. or does it really matter? Im going to try all different things with it to see what I like best. but i want to make sure when it comes to the atty, cart, collar setup that i get the correct one if theres a difference.
  5. alright, cool - thanks for the replies. im sure about the "trying many things" answer based on the replies and a little more research i have already changed my mind (again) but seeing as how in 3 weeks ive already past breaking even on the last kit ($7+ per pack- 1 1/2 packs aday) im sure this is just the begining. again thanks for the replies and any more Q's ill be back..........
  6. hello all, new guy here with a few Q's, i started with a 808 style kit and quickly realized if i want to really get the most enjoyment out of this Its time to step it up and get real. didnt really know better but ya have to start somewhere. I am really interesed in the joye ego systems, thinking of getting one of the big batteries (900 or 1100) w pass through so i can charge n vape and maybe a reg for a spare. any thoughts on this or maybe something better? and maybe which is better (t,c etc) i want to try a clearomizer at work and on the go (pick up, set down etc) again any thoughts or advice, or recommendations for good/better ones to try. i think carts are ok so i started refilling mine for now but they go too quick (maybe mine just suck), but what do u guys think is better for vaper/hit feeling - atomizer, cart or tank/clearomizer? This one I cant seem to stumble upon yet I see tanks and clearomizers in diff resistances. for the ego type batt whats a good number and whats the difference, already spent enough starting with something kinda meh, dont want to lay out a bunch more and realize its the wrong set up/ or I ordered the wrong resistance and it doesnt work good or screwed up the battery. Aaaaand last of all, anyone dealt with http://www.ecigbestsave.com before? some of the prices seem decent on what im looking at but in my researching all of this i have seen a ton of knockoffs and ripoffs and dont want to get cheap copies of the batteries (like all the local stores around here it seems) --- but i dont mind paying a little more if someone knows a kicka** site. sorry for the novel but I figured you guys are the ones to ask. former chain smoker for 30 years and in less then 3 weeks I feel a biiiig difference. (think i went from ex smoker to vaper fanatic lol)
