  1. I no how you feel. I ordered 2 e-cig starter packs for myself and a friend in a hurry on my iPhone. My iPhone very nicely changed my address from Alver rd to Albert rd which is an Indian restaurant been there twice now and apparently it's never arrived. So that's me down £55 I won't be rushing an order again
  2. Hi Drummerjims I've been buying this in uk for my lavatube with little success. 1 piece Genuine Smoktech 510 Dual Coil Atomiser to fit the 6ml DCT tank system (Ready Pierced). Resistance 1.5ohms +/- 0.2. Stainless Steel version to use inside the Smoktech DCT 6ml Tank. Maybe this is why I have been having problems ( so much so I've not used the lavatube for days as its just problems all round) I have stuck to my ego t LCD which is great , would it be recommended to clean the atomiser on the ego t before it tastes bad ( would this make it last longer that a week) as I've only tried the cleaning once it tastes bad. Thanks.
  3. Hi Thanks for your replies. " basic facts" I think I had had a few beers into saterday night / sunday when I thought of that title.
  4. Hi I've been vaping for about 5 weeks , I love it. I have a lavatube with 6 ml tank that gives a good vape now and Again , it would seem that when I get a new atomiser it never works great ( to be truthfull the only great vapes I got out of this unit were when I got a 6 ml tank with the atomiser that came with it ) the replacement atomisers never seem to work as well . So a bit of dissapointment there. And I also have an ego t LCD unit ( the best vape I have ) great taste and vapour. But I after about a week of use the ego t atomiser turns bad , I've tried the boiling / cleaning etc u tube stuff , but in my experience I have to buy a new atomiser about once a week at a cost of £5 odd to get a good vaping experience. Now I no this is cheaper than smoking, but at £20 a month + juice it's not great. I will continue to vape, but was wondering maybe if there is a cheaper option ( maybe a unit / atomiser that lasts a good while) or is the constant purchase of new atomisers every week to be expected. I guess what I'm trying to say is I love to vape and will nevert go back to analogue cigs ,but the magical world of the cheap never ending e-cig isn't what I first thought it was. Maybe you can enlighten me. Thanks Marcus
  5. Thanks I will take a look in morning and let you no how I get on. Kinect lol :-)
  6. Hi I'm fairly new to vaping a few weeks now. I have a lava tube which is great. And a ego t LCD which is great. But I have a problem. When playing Xbox I used to like puffing on a cigerete pretty much hands free ish. I no they are not going to be the same but I'm looking for what is I think called a 510 that I can refill myself ,so I can puff away while playing without pressing a button on the e-cig. I'm in uk and have had a good look around but can't decide what to get. I love the type with the personnel charger ( that looks like a cigerete packet) pcc I think it's called. Would be handy for out and about as well , (vaping break while shopping on saturday drew a bit of attention with the ego t ). Any reccomendations for a uk purchase would be greatly apreciated . Thanks.
  7. Had a look at website where I purchased the ego and it's type A so all good. Thanks.
  8. Hi thanks. Do you no if they both fit the ego t LCD ?. Not sure of the size I have with mine as the instructions seem to be for and older ego t not the LCD.
  9. Hi I have a ego t LCD , I need some new tank cartridges and atomizer. On these parts it says to order either type A or B. I've looked on Internet and instructions but can't seem to find out which type to order. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  10. I've only been vaping a couple of weeks and am loving the gadget side of vaping. I started on Tabaco flavours but am now loving ry4 with caramel :-)
  11. I have just figured the problem out. When I had filled the tank and had problems with the juice being sucked into my mouth . I had repeatedly removed the top bung ( rubber seal) closest to the mouth piece to try and see what was causing the problem. In doing so the air pressure when re- inserting the bung forces the liquid into the carto and floods it. To remidy this ,I turned the lavatube upside down and pulled the tank downwards which in turn ( whith the air pressure ) pulled the liquid back into the tank from the flooded carto. A very carefull further pull allows air into the tank equalising the air pressure and no longer causing a piston effect causing a flooding of the carto. I hope that makes sense :-) And hopefully may help someone else in future. :-)
  12. Just done a half fill of the tank. All is good. :-)
  13. Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I tried dripping into the wadding till soaked , it still gurgled a bit, I used it till it stopped gurgling then filled tank up as far as the inlet hole. Seems to be working great at the moment. I will let you no how I get on when I have the courage to fill up the tank more . At the moment I am vaping like a pro , so the pre soak seemed to work well. Thanks again guys.
  14. Hi As I was new to all this , I ordered a whole new tank with carto & extra carto. Luckily I kept the tank so now have what should be 2 working tanks with carto inside. This is the kit I bought the tanks can be seen at the bottom of page , would seem they are 3.5ml not 6ml (I was told they were 6 ml but mine are the same as in advert so must be 3.5ml ) They look as they do in the picture. I usually fill the tank up by removing the bottom rubber section and filling along side of carto till just over half full. http://freedomvape.co.uk/shop/article_32-002/VV-Lava-tube-Kit-(DCT-Tank-Or-Atomizers).html?shop_param=cid%3D2%26aid%3D32-002%26 Hopefully that link will work. Off to sleep as its late here , thanks for your help
  15. Hi Deadpool The carto is came pre-drilled and ready to go. The hole is probably about the size of a pin hole. the tip is about as long as the tank but I think the main problem is the juice coming even as far as the tip when vaping. So I would think the inside bit is completely soaked. This is the second 6ml tank I've purchased (same make) the first seemed to get completely blocked and being new and desperate to vape I got a bit over enthusiastic with a small screwdriver and ended up pulling the carto to bits = 1 unhappy but wiser new vapor. As both suffer the same problems I think I'm ready to give up on this model and try any proven tank system for the lavatube. If you have any suggestions I would be gratefull about 5/6 ml would be fine or smaller. Thanks for your reply Ps. It will vape fine if I put a few drops in the tank but that's not really the idea of a 6ml tank but will keep me going allong with my ego-t LCD which is great :-)
