  1. do you refill ur cartomizers or do you just buy prefilled ones and vape them till they taste nasty?

Both, I've only been into it for a month or so now seriously, I got the 10 from the starter kit (5 of a really poorly crafted cherry recipe that I gave away) and a 10 flavor sampler(most of which I did not enjoy) and re ordered 40 carts in 4 different flavors and varying strengths, but I quickly stepped up to refills with the discovery of Halo's G6 kit and their awesome juices. Thats why I was looking into the tank system. So I refill carts that I catch that still taste decent with fading vapor and throw about 15 drops of a similar tasting liquid in. (I mainly stick to tobaccos). But I really want to explore the world of E-juices and I'm thinking the eGo will be a kick-*** device for that.

  2. Learn something new every day. I was not aware of that, call me ignorant, but I figured that even once it was dried up you could refill I just figured when an atty wants to go bad its gonna go bad, which seems to be the case anyway. But it happens a lot with the pre filled Congress carts, within the first few puffs really strong metallic taste. Just really off-putting and call me cheap but a waste of a dollar fifty or w/e it actually prices out to hahaha.

  3. Yeah, thats kind of where I am at right now, getting my feet wet in as many methods as possible until I find one that feels just right.

I'll be sure to throw some of them on the order too, for some reason I have a feeling I'm going to like the tank system; no burnt filler =

  4. So I've heard. I had problems placing an order online today so placed it via telephone so it changed from what I originally had in mind but. I already have a cart built up of LR attys for the eGo as well as some 510 LR attys to DD with. I also read a very select few who actually prefer the regular attys to the LR so I will be able to compare and contrast when I receive them.

  5. I do also own a V2 pass thru that puts out 5.1 volts I believe, that thing kicks ***! It just seems to burn through the V2 carts rather quickly. Slowly realizing their quality control is rather non existent. I also tend to get a metallic taste quite often that kinda freaks me out and makes me throw away carts that I puffed on less than 10 times. I think I read that its a burn atty and no good anyway, but not sure if its from their pass thru, the cart quality or what but it is rather off putting, thats why I ordered the eGo system so I can run a tank or DD.

    So we shall see. :)

  6. Hello Vapers!

I am rather new to the world of vaping, I own a V2 starter kit as well as a G6 starter kit from Halo Cigs (Which I like better than V2). Today I ordered a Tornado eGo-C and am just looking for any possible tips or tricks that any eGo veterans may have. I have read some running into wicking issues and possible burns, not as much leaking with the C I'm hoping. But it all in all seemed to be a good product. So hopefully all go wells with this kit!

    Thanks!

  7. If this is still being taken into consideration:

I think McQuinn pretty much hit the nail on the head, IMHO Honesty, and pride in the product you're selling as well as good quality control to avoid materials that are DOA or taste poor. After that throat hit and vapor production are on the top of my list as well as flavor delivery. I mean it would be amazing for a product to be able to cover all of those objectives and I feel that e cigs are getting closer and closer. Also a battery that works on the go as well as with a pass thru option is always a plus!

  8. Yeah, I am an impulse buyer at times hahaha. After buying a few gas station disposables and a cheap rechargeable kit from a smoke shop locally I was almost completely turned off of the whole electronic cig idea but I'm glad I didn't, the V2 was definitely a good stepping stone, and a very good learning experience that hype and price does not necessarily mean an amazing product, the G6 was an even better lesson in trial and error with vaping and research, although I am getting the eGo kit I still plan on running an 808 set up or getting a 510 tank system for out on the go and work use (being I work in a warehouse). Hopefully the right trials and errors (as well as some shared knowledge on here) will lead me to find my perfect vaping experience!

It's still like a whole new world to me, and I've been vaping for a month already, its rather amazing hahaha.

  9. Well I don't expect to find one that can replicate the taste of 4000+ carcinogens and the actual combustion of tobacco hahaha. But I did read/see on here that Grimm Green who has a youtube channel inadvertently found a juice that tastes "exactly like a cigarette" It was the Honey Cured Tobacco by Pink Spot Vapors, tempted to order a bottle and give it a try for the heck of it. But thank you for all of the advice thus far and recommendations!

  10. I am new to the vaping community, and newer to the e-juice community I only have experience with two reputable manufactures and a few no name gas station brands. Thus far I have found Halo Cigs Tribeca juice is my favorite. It has a nice mellow tobacco base, with a little bit of fruitiness to it. The vapor production is amazing and the throat hit is really good IMO. Ordered an eGo-C today so any more good juice retailers would be greatly appreciated. I have yet to try most of the halo flavors due to not ordering enough blank carts to juices that I received and found mixing does not go over too well so I will let you know more on Halo in the near future as well as Totally Wicked who I ordered some from with my eGo kit today. But I feel the search for the "perfect juice" will be never ending. Any more favorite daily tobacco vapes and possibly a good cherry if anyone has found one done right, the only one I've tried is V2's and it tastes exactly like cherry chapstick and was not a fan, but I do really enjoy cherry cola, and cigars, so on and so forth.

    thanks!

  11. Ive been vaping for about a month now, and it is still somewhat overwhelming with all the manufactures, suppliers and middle men, juices, attys, different batteries, starter kits, so on and so forth, I as well started with a V2 kit and was very satisfied, recently received a G6 kit from Halo Cigs here in New Jersey. I actually prefer them to the V2, the carts are better, the vapor gives a richer, more replicated feel of smoke IMO. I get strong metallic tastes from some of the V2 carts within the first ten puffs and some get burnt tasting rather quickly as well. The G6 kit was also significantly cheaper than the V2 cigs and replacement batteries are $15 rather than $25. Today I did order a Tornado eGo-C kit from Totally Wicked and hopefully that goes well.

  12. Hey guys, somewhat of a newcomer to vaping, have had a V2 kit for about a month now and a G6 kit from Halo Cigs here in New Jersey for about a week now, both of which have rather decent tasting pre filled carts, at least one or two flavors and refilling them or filling blanks give me a weird taste. Been looking into this Ego-C and somewhat impulse bought a Tornado eGo-C kit from Totally Wicked because I saw good reviews on YouTube about it and they were listed on the Joyetech website as a Partner rather than a distributor. Not being a complete new comer to PVs I should have read a little rather than just watched videos. Stumbling upon this and a few other threads I am hoping that I will be happy with this kit, I am decently happy with the V2 and G6 cigs when on the go, want the eGo for at home use and probably work just hoping that I don't regret buying this kit rather than getting a silver surfer or a mod. I will keep you guys updated on my experiences with it for any who like me stumble upon this hopefully before, rather than after. But we will see when I receive it, any tips are greatly appreciated!
