I just started 2 weeks ago but my thought is this. Most of us are ex smokers so we have a tolerance to nicotine. OD is probably unlikely for us at any strength(short of actually drinking a bottle of 54mg), but for others who do not, such as a child it could be very dangerous. Treat it like bleach around a child. I just started out with Totally Wicked 24mg and have been cutting at 1/2 to 3/4 strength with no issues. This has me thinking i should buy a bottle of 54mg and just cut to save money...but is saving 20 30 bucks worth the risk????? I'm not sure yet cause i do have a small child.

I think i have been lucky, Although i got really pissed off one day and had a weak moment(seriously considered having an analog)I have not, even around others smokers...........shoot actually for me its easier when someone else is doing it . that smell is just repulsive to me now. My wife can light one up outside and if i catch a wiff ....My stomach turns. I am finally free!!! I think..........

LOL....im going through this right now with some bad MINT chocolate chip

I just mixed up a little Mint Chocolate chip(Loranns) last night and went out for some drinks. At first i was digging it, it had an after taste that was exactly like those Andes thin mints. Yummy !! But this morning i was puffing it and it was terrible. I mean the after taste was good still but it seemed like the initial taste that hits you can taste a lot like burnt chocolate.YUK!! I switched it up to some strawberry but im still tasteing the chocolate , even after rinsing out the cart filler. hope that flavor goes away.

I have the NPRO(4081?) and the DSE901 and i think the DSE901 has better taste .

I just started mixing my own as well and ,yes it is way fun! i am currently using a 24mg no flavored nic cut in half with a mixture of VG/PG, then i add 5-10 drops of the loranns. I was doing ENGLISH TOFFE wich was fabulous . Just switched to the MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP. Man these things make it really taste like CANDY !!!! Everyone was like wow, it taste exactly like one of those Andes thin mints. YUMMY! Anyway yea it is pretty easy, And in my opinion going to be WAAYYY the cheapest method than buying pre made or carts. plus its more fun! Just be careful . Make small batches and remember less is more....you can always add a drop but cant take one out. Oh yea, if you dont want to wait for the Loranns, you can use any kind of extract like vanilla or whatever. Vanilla is actually really good as well. Just make sure whatever flavoring you use it doesnt have sugar and or oils in it. The ones from lorrans that are not suitable for vapeing are marked with a * at least at the website i order from .
