  1. Granted, they are pricey, but what you're paying for is the art. birds eye maple, inlaid mother of pearl, inlaid ebony... they are basically small versions of the butt end of thier cue sticks. Again, not for everyone, but like I said... classy.
  2. I was thinking about getting back into playing pool and i went clicking around some sites and found this: http://www.meuccicues.com/meucci-smoking-mods.htm I just figured i'd share it because even though they are expensive, they do look kind of classy if you like stick designs. They even have some models that go 3.7 to 6 volt. Pretty slick for a pool cue manufacturer. Anyways, enjoy.
  3. You do need to clean the threads on the battery, atty, and inside the charger. This problem happens to me every week. I have 2 wall chargers and a car charger used by 3 people all day long... things get dirty!!!! Q-Tips are your friends as are tissues. If you need to get extreme, you can get a can of electronic cleaner. It's a spray safe for any electic equipment, spray it on your contact in the charger and then Q-Tip that bish up. Also, the center stud in the charger is on a spring so yopu can get the tip in there too to clean it out.
  4. Same here, looks like mega or TITAN batts from totally wicked.
  5. I also drive 10 hrs a day so I feel your pain. I recently came upon the pyramid tea bag mod and I find my carts (510) last much longer then normal, I'd go so far as to say 3 times as long. Also, certain juices last longer then others. VT mentha seems to last FOREVER in whatever you put it in, whereas word-up cola w/vg needs to be filled more often or the "funny" flavor shows up. Hope this helps you out a bit.
  6. I'll certainly give it a try next time i'm near a pet store. I never really had an issue with the stock filler, but I'm always looking to try different things. I saw the PBT thing and tried it as a goof. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out how to get a minature Edobit type setup inside a cart. I know it sounds crazy, but think if you could have like a 2 or 3 mill Edobit constantly feeding your atty. BTW, is there a link you could post regarding the detonator mod you mentioned?
  7. Thanks for the replies guys. I am looking forward to the VP3 review and how it it stays a constant 5 volts ( damn you and your teasers ). I'm down to 2 batts for my 510 and I'm going to try and hold out on buying more until I see some more on the VP3. On a side note, I tried the pyramid tea bag cart filler mod that I saw on mooby's site. So far, I think it's better then the standard poly fill, but the jury is still out on the long term. I've only been doing it for a few hours and I'm not using what I consider to be some of the better juice I've tried ( I'm out of dulcis and mentha ) The flavor does seem to be a little more pronounced and I THINK the cart is lasting longer between fills, it's so hard to tell unless your really gonna sit there and like, take notes and stuff :P For those interested: http://tgwtf.net/blog/?p=65
  8. I was wondering what voltage gives you more flavor/vapor. I've read conflicting things regarding 3.7 and 5 volt batteries. I'm thinking about getting one of the VP units and I see that they are coming out with a 5 volt, the VP3, so i'm holding on to my cash until I find out if I should get the VP2 or the VP3. So who's got the 411??? Hook a brother up with the info.
  9. My vapor is fine, I just said that so if there was like this AWESOME tasting juice but little vapor, that wouldn't work for me. The 510 makes good vapor for me once I learned how to smoke an ecig
  10. Well, I like Mentha ALOT, so there's no need to push that. That stuff is the shiznit. I vaped that for like 4 days straight and I was NEVER a menthol smoker. I smoked camel wides for the record. Dulcis is far from bad, I'd certainly recommend it. I've tried ry04 and JC's tenn. cured, both are good but not as good as dulcis. As usual, I'm probably chasing something I can't have but I had to ask the community as I know there's quite a few of you that have been around the block. BTW: After getting my initial FREE bottles of dulcis and mentha, I have since ordered 2 more of each and my only complaint is size. 10ml is too dang small I killed half a bottle of dulcis in about 2 days... is that like addict level use?
  11. I know that this kind of topic is hard to comment on because it's all opinions, but in these tough economic times, I can't afford to waste money. I use regularly awesomevapor banana, dulcis and mentha. Dulcis is good, but I want more flavor. More caramelly. (yes, caramelly, I said that.) Mentha is awesome and no reason to ever have another menthol type, very satisfied. Awesomevapor banana is like dulcis, good, but I want more banana flavor. I have tried 10 flavors of JCjuice. My friend got in on a big sale and got a bunch of flavors cheap. I didn't care for them, they all seemed to have the same background "nutty" flavor and smell. I turned my aunt on to vaping and she just got today vanilla and orange from wetyourstick in 0mg nic lvl. I found the flavor to be very subtle, too subtle for me. Nicotine lvl doesn't matter to me, I'd prefer 0, but a 14-18 mg lvl would be fine. Vapor production is MUY IMPORTANTE!!! I'm all about the smoke and flavor. I use a 510 and going to a penstyle or another type of e-cig is not in the cards financially, so please bear that in mind when making a suggestion. I know it sounds like I'm being picky and I don't expect to smoke, say, chocolate and have it taste like Godiva, but I am sure that there are some manufacturers out there that have great juice and I just can't afford to try everybody out there. I know some of you psychos here have done it all!!! :P So I turn to you all for some advice. HELP A NEWB OUT!!!!
  12. I know I'm little late to the party, but when I got my 510, I thought the same thing... it seemed I had to fill carts alot. I drive for a living, 10 hours a day 6 days a week and filling while driving is not a good idea. As for direct dripping, I had the same issue, doing it too often. What I did that helped alot was take out the polyfiber and basically cut it in half and stuffed it back in. You get more juice in your cart and I find I dont have to fill as often and the hits are better for a longer period of time. As for atty's clogging up on you, I haven't had that issue and im using the same atty now for 4 days straight and im using like 6 batteries a day. I dont know if that's excessive or normal, but I'm basically vaping all day long.
  13. Here's another one I checked out. http://www.vapersclub.com/pg.html
  14. any chance you have a model number on that? OMG!
