  1. The IPV2S and IPV3 are rated water resistant. In the 2S introduction video, they submerge it in a bowl of water and it still works right after. Now I probably wouldn't be using it while swimming but it does give some piece of mind if you have a water accident.
  2. I use both the Nautilus and Atlantis on the 2S and both work great. The 2S also doesn't need a charger and will charge through USB. It's just not recommended to use it while charging. And unlike most other mods, it's water resistant. I'll be honest though. You could go with something like an iStick when it releases but I do believe you get what you pay for. I had a 20w for a minute and got rid of it because of how inaccurate it was on basic tanks. I killed an iClear 30 head on the lowest setting. Another thing to consider about these cheaper mods that include batteries is, once they are done, they are done. It costs more to get a battery replaced on an iStick then the device even costs. And finally, YiHi makes some very good chips. The chips in the iPV and Sigelei are probably the best you are going to get without dumping a fortune on a DNA.
  3. I tried some from Apollo called All Nighter. Seemed to keep me awake but it was probably just placebo. Anyways. It was some of the worst juice I've ever had in my life.
  4. Keep in mind though that the YiHi SX 330 chip in the iPV 3 is more proven then the chip in the new 150w Sigelei which was built in house and I've heard has some quirks. The 100w Sigelei uses an SX chip just like iPV. You can also buy a magnet kit for the iPV 3 for rather cheap. Between the two, I would honestly go with the iPV. I have a 2S and love it. Also note that these iPV mods unlike the Sigelei are in fact water resistant. I would buy the iPV 3 if the iPV 4 wasn't right around the corner. It's only 100w before updates but packs a lot of features as well as a magnetic door.
  5. As mentioned, the iPV Mini is a really good mod. Only problem is, it tops out at 30 watts and I sometimes find myself going to 40w on the Atlantis. I spent the extra money and got the iPV 2S.
  6. And here is a good vaping documentary with more episodes to come. Vape Life Documentary - Episode 1 Smoking and Tob…: http://youtu.be/JvgXUfe2MqA
  7. I could list a lot of them but some of my favorites are as follows. "Tapped" which explores what bottled water does to our environment "Food Inc" which is an ugly look inside America's corporate controlled food industry. Gonzo - The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson "Beer Wars" which is about the American beer industry "Twenty" which is the story of Pearl Jam Both "Paradise Lost" documentaries are great as well which tells the story of the West Memphis Three.

  9. I'll definitely look into it. The juice I was considering ordering comes from ITC Vapes which everyone on the other board I belong to rants and raves about. Edit... I just checked out the site and really like the options. I'll definitely consider it with a future purchase.
  10. Do you know if they made them stainless yet or is this something they are doing soon? I only ask because I bought my Atlantis from a B&M a few days ago.
  11. I saw this board in my tapatalk recommendations and I figured I would join because I can't talk enough about vaping. I've been vaping since the beginning of October and what I thought would just be an alternative to smoking has become an all out obsession. I actually started vaping about a year ago but after being talked into bad devices and Chinese liquids from a B&M, the experience was really bad and I gave up as soon as my eGo broke. So then after going the good part of 2014, back on cigarettes, I came across a vaping discussion thread in the OT section of the gaming site I belong to and figured I would give it another try. This time with another over-priced eGo that still broke in a week but with better liquid. During the first few days, I had a hard time adapting but by day 4, everything fell right into place. So after my eGo broke on this second attempt, I decided to buy an MVP 2.0 which I heard really good things about. Soon after that, I bought a couple Aspire Nautilus tanks and had at the time what I considered the perfect vape. I also bought a Kayfun but am having some issues I'm trying to work out. After hearing a lot of things about higher wattage devices, I'm now into an iPV 2S and bought the Aspire Atlantis the other day. I'm also considering the Kanger Sub-Tank and possibly an RDA or two. Just when I thought I had everything down, a new device has me feeling like a newb again. So far ive vaped a 12mg 70% vg and a 6mg 50/50 and am still confused as to what kind of liquid to go with. With the 12mg, I'm getting a slightly irritating TH but it's tolerable. With the 6mg, I can take long, deep, lung hits but I find myself chain vaping a lot more. On my MVP and Nautilus, I was vaping 24mg of 50/50, all the way up to 80% PG. I plan on placing an order today from a really good vendor with extremely cheap prices but their juices are either 50/50 or 80% VG. I'm not sure which would go better with my current setup as well as what I'm going to purchase soon. What I do know is it's much cheaper buying 120 or 240ml for $20 or $36 then it is spending $20 to $25 at the B&M for 30ml. Anybody with any insight on this, feel free to post a suggestion. Well I think I've rambled long enough and I'll see you guys around the board. Ray
