The Fda Can't Budget: Shut It Down

If asked, the FDA will answer that the one thing they do know is that they need more money. They just don’t know how much more. The reason? They don’t have the money to tell us that. Seriously, the FDA needs more money to hire someone who can figure out how much more money they need.

I have a better idea: shut it down.
