Have no idea what the deal is with them, but at 3 bucks a pop, I'm curious enough. I ordered a few, and I'm interested to see how these things work.

If they are promoting the fact that you can 'top off' your cartos by including the drip tip, I'm wondering if they are set up differently. I figured, if anythng, these should work well at 5v, so worth the purchase.
