Does anyone notice a much better/smoother flavor when they cut down the nicotine concentration (ie 18mg to 9mg) or is it not all that noticable? Christopher Posted July 6, 2009 Share Posted July 6, 2009 Couldn't tell you to be honest as I've never used anything lower than 16mg, but I do know that my higher nic juice has crazy throat kick, so I suppose it would make sense.
