Hmmm I looked at the linked article and I don't think Puresmoker is going up against the FDA. Unless I'm missing something I have a feeling this is a mistaken report.

I interpreted it that Puresmoker is but one of a handful (many!) of Mom and Pop businesses that will have to close it's doors IF the fda classifys the ecig as a drug delivery device rather than as a tobacco product. I might be wrong.
