Hey there, you came to the right place im not sure what blue foam is but PTB= pyramid tea bag mod. Its a way to replace the filler in the cart for a better one. Just search it on youtube. hope this helps!

The Blue Foam mod is for a 510 atty. It lets you fill the entire cart with juice, and you use a foam pad to plug the very top of the cart.

LOL - It can take some time to get used to it. I'm doing pretty well with vapor lingo, but still don't know a lot of what they use in chat. That could be me showing my age though.

As the members have said these are terms used to replace the filler that already comes inside the cartridges for a better filler. It's replaced so that the cartridge hold liquid even longer.

I think the blue foam is Marine Land brand foam filter media .Fluval brand media filter is close to what comes in the carts and PTB like everyone else said is Pyramid tea bags.
