ROOR Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 So if i have a battery fully charged and set it aside how long will the charge stay in that battery without using it? Further more is this bad for batteries? p.s. that VS frost is good!
GDub Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 With a Li-Ion battery the charge will dissipate over time, I think you would be able to notice it after a week or so. Also I have seen where they do recommend not storing them fully charged, but not fully discharged either. Honestly I don't think it makes a huge difference in the life of the battery either way. For me @ $5.00 a battery I find it's best to just not think about it.
