Glycerin or glycol bought in Pharmacy for sore throat

Good day everyone. Is it OK to use the glycol or glycerine I bought in Pharmacy for my diy juice? It says also that you can use this for sore throat. Can I used this in vaping and how will I mix it? I have 10ml nic. And 200 ml glycerine(glycol)
