My tank this morning

Well I went to fill my tank this morning it is a kanger nano,well I went to unscrew it from the bottom,it was jammed, and then I thought well I'll just hold it together at the point of the o ring and be cateful.it wouldn't go back together,then the o ring slipped off.I had to take the tank off,completely dissassemble it,put it back together,and then fill it.E juice everywhere!all i can say is thank goodness i knew how!needless to say everything got thouroghly cleaned,i. am really obsessive about having a clean tank anyway,so every little piece got a good cleaning!!I would hate for this to happen to a beginner,but thats why you are all here,haha.
