Ideal wattage for life of coils, which coil to use?

So I have an eVic-VTC mini with a Uwell Crown tank... from what I understand my mod isn't exactly up to par with my tank as far as capability (the mod can push up to 60 watts, while the tank supposedly works best from 65-80 according to Uwell) but it works for me so I don't feel the need to up/downgrade my mod/tank.

Anyways, the tank came with a .25 ohm and .5 ohm coil. The guy at the shop I bought it from installed the .25 in it so that's what I'm working with right now.

I'm not looking to blow ridiculous clouds or anything like that. What I'm looking for is how I can make what I'm using last for as long as possible. So my questions are... With the setup I have, what coil should I be using, and at what wattage, in order to get the most life out of them?

Thanks in advance :)

Ryan

EDIT: The mod also features variable temperature... so I guess what is an ideal temperature to run the unit at? I believe it is at 450°F by default.
