Yeah, I didn't want to bash TW or any other supplier. They can't control the QA of a chinese manufacture. And as I said, I never bothered to contact TW. $7 isn't worth my time and effort. But I do agree with everyone that there is so much competition that the biz is going to the ones with the best CS. We are lucky we have VT so we can know who is good before we place an order.
