bconaway Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 ok so my maraxus ironman would sometimes overheat and so would the battery any idea why? it would happen right after id push the button and the button would get hott!!!
Bull122866 Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 Mine did too and then what I found out was that the spring loaded center pin for the battery would push my center pin on the atty up and cause a short the fire button was literally blistering my fingers.
DDK Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Clean to top pin (bottom pin as well) with sharp metal (i use fine sand paper but screwdriver works as well) The top pin is dirty/corroded......power that should be going to the top is going to the bottom.
