Since the card said it was already steeped, I tried this. It's really good, tastes like a creamy rice pudding with cinnamon- very smooth. Question: How much does nicotine affect the smoothness of juice? I've been vaping 18 mg nic. I'd like to order this flavor. The other flavors I ordered were made on the 18th, about 11 days ago.
