Noob question on battery compatibility

I am pretty new to vaping. all my hardware is Halo brand. I have some G6 batteries and tanks and a Triton battery and tank which is my main use. If I want to try out some other batteries, tanks and accessories, what is compatible with this system? I gather it is all about the threads? does anyone know what thread type Halo uses on these devices? Can I try other brands of tanks with this battery? Can i buy other battery systems to use with these tanks?

Trying to learn the ropes.

You would need to get an adapter to use 510 or ego threaded tanks. halo uses a 808 connector on their G6's and an 808/Vgo connection on their Triton. This adapter would work. http://www.madvapes.com/808d-to-ego-adapter.html
