It depends on where you got it. MOST suppliers dont include the "PCC, personal carrying/charging case", but I have seen a couple that do. If you spent around $50.00, then I doubt it.

It will list what it comes with on the suppliers website. And no, it normally does not come with a PPC.

I saw that innovapor.com has the 510 with PCC for $45.00

Most places I have seen don't offer that kind of deal so unless you ordered from there I doubt it came with it.
