Its essentialy an e cig attached to a USB cord that you plug into your computer, thus doing away with the need to worry about recharging. You can sit in front of your computer and vape all day long without having to charge. Most manual starter kits come with one (with the exception of the Joye kit as it's not needed) The button will hit the charger and will not fit all the way.
