VP1-Battery life, about 4 hours VP2-Battery life, about 8 hours VP1-Smaller Size VP2-Twice the girth VP1-$100 VP2-$140 So if your all about battery life, dont care about size, and have a big budget, go for the VP2. If you want something more affordable, lasts 2x longer than the penstyles and smaller more concealable size, go for the VP1. Other than that, they are both awesome battery units!
