Airflow issues with Vivi Nova V3 and Vamo V2

Recommended Posts

I just received my new Vivi Nova tank in the mail. After I filled it with juice, making sure not to over fill it, I checked what the draw was like on it and it was fine. I screwed it onto my Vamo and the airflow was zero. I unscrewed it and checked it again and it was fine. Put it back on my Vamo and nothing again.

My question is: Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it. I noticed a little hole on the side of the bottom part of the tank but not sure what it is for and didn't want to go poking around in it just to make sure I don't do anything to actually break it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well after doing a lot of research and reviewing some pictures of other Vivi Nova tanks I realized that there was not an air hole drilled at the top if the 510 connection. I used a 1/16 drill bit and drilled a hole. Now it is working like a champ. I also found out that I probably bought a knock off tank and not an original. Maybe this will help someone else.
