Illinois vape meets near Bethalto?

Does anyone know of any Vape meets that happen in the Bethalto/East Alton/Wood River area? I heard vaguely about one on some weekend a month with vague directions of its down there at this hotel, but not being from that city, I'm from a neighboring city, I actually need specifics to know where to go, how to find it, and when it is. Any help is appreciated.
