ego Carto's atomizers etc..with Apollo SS VTube

I have been reading that certain ego carto's, clearo's, and atomizers don't fit the Apollo SS Vtube w/o an 510-ego adaptor... Anyone know specifically which ones wont work without the adaptor? A link with the info is cool with me if you don't wanna type it all out

Also anyone have any info on which atomizer would be best? Im looking to direct drip so i can use it to test out flavors without having to burn through an entire 1.6 ml's in my CE5's. I have been using one CE5 for the coffee/chocolatey/bakery flav's and a separate one for the fruity flavors. I have a third that is my strictly menthol (being a newport smoker for many years i need my menthol LOL)
