I have been vaping on my Joye 510 for almost a week now and I love the hell out of it. I have been seeing reviews on the DSE801 and I have been having this strong urge to get one. It looks cool even though it is a little bulky. Looks like it gets killer vapor too. I want one. Seems like a lot of online stores are out of stock though. Has this model become obsolete? Hope not.

No the out of stock is mostly due to the Chinese holiday, most suppliers should be getting things in soon.

Just remember we love the 801 atomizer, BUT NOT THAT 801 KIT! When you hear us talking about the 801, we're talking about the 801 attached to a custom battery unit from http://www.vaprlife.com The 801 batteries tend to crap out pretty fast

Confirming what Chris said. I like the 510s a lot, their atomizers are very durable. But I've yet to get the throat hit from a 510 that a tuned-up 801 gives. With an alternative battery system, the 801 atts are real workhorses. Plus they're relatively cheap.

I can attest to the fact that the 801 atty is great on a VP2 unit but the 801 batteries suck!
