Vaporauctions Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys. I have put in multiple orders and recommended them to a lot of people. Never had a problem with them. Their customer service is excellent. If I ever had a problem with an item, or I received something that wasn't what I purchased, they promptly took care of it. I read in the negative section that someone gave them a negative review. I can't hardly believe it from the way I have been treated by them. I just wanted to weigh in on this because I would hate to see them get a bad rep from one person who wasn't satisfied. They did fine by me. In fact, I think they are under new management. I think one of them left and the other one took over. Either way, I will continue to order from them as long as I keep getting treated the way I do. As far as shipping, I make sure I order in advance because it usually takes up to 10 days or so to get my order, but for the low shipping price, I can wait!
