5V Box Mod Resistor

can anyone tell me what resistor i need for a 5v box mod i know i need a 470 0hm for the led but i dont know which 470k i need is it a 1/4 watt or a 1/2 watt ; carbon; steel i cant find the specs anywhere

I cannot copy and paste in this forum anymore for some reason but if you go to Madvapes 5 volt kit page there is a link to detailed instructions which tell you what goes where.I am pretty sure 1/4 watt carbon film .

thanks for your reply but ive look all over there site and in the how to section and all i can find is the 470k but it dont give the specifics of it

Radio Shack 271-1133 should do the trick for the regulator.

thanks again i will give them a try it would have been easier if madvapes would of had them in stock

It would be very hard to be a supplier these days.We vapers are like cattle going from one pasture to another looking for greener grass.If you order too much of anything it ties up your cash and in the case of liquids it has a shelf life ,if you order too little inventory we cattle move on to the next pasture where stuff is in stock.Hats off to our suppliers,we love you .
