Old Juice

What happens to juice as it ages, say 1-3 years? Does it become dangerous to use expired juice? The reason I ask is I have some 2 year old Tennesse Cure Johnson creek juice. Reason it never got used was poor vapor production but thought the flavor was pretty interesting........well i got some VG juice I dont care for and thought about cutting the VG jiuce with a little JC. What ya think?

I can't answer the question, but suspect the only issue is that the nic loses it's potency.
