Brian Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 I may not be much help since i haven't used a cart in well over a year. If you're using a fresh cart (new filler that is dry), remove the filler, fill the cart about 1/2 full and insert the filler. Top it off with a few drops (or as many as it will take). If you're refilling a cart and the filler is already wet, probably the easiest way is to just drip on it and let it soak in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
