Has Anyone Tried These Mega Smartcarts?

I'm wondering if anyone has had good luck with these? I used the cone atomizers back when I first got my eGo dual set, and they worked pretty well for dripping. I never used them with the original cartridges though. I'm wanting to purchase some of these SmartCarts and a new cone atomizer so I can see if they vape well. The cone atomizers are rated at 2.4 Ohm so thats pretty good!

Looks pretty much like a tank cartridge with filler. I honestly don't see how these would work any better than a standard cartridge. Granted it looks like it can hold a lot of liquid but I'm guessing you'd still end up with dryer vapes commonly associated with cartridges. I've never used them, so someone may want to correct me, that's just my logical guess.

Filling it with needle also kills it for me.
