Well update im on day uh..i dunno but 8 months(236 days) now all my problems have subsided and i have dropped my nicotine content to 1/5th of what i started at..very low . I am planning to be vaping free //smoke free for the new year ..figured i would bump this thread for new vapers so they could read this
