I'm just your average guy living in beautiful, sunny, Tampa, FL! I started vaping back in November of 2008 but really didn't have the right gear to take it seriously. I decided to quit the analogs in July when my wife was in the hospital and I didn't want to spend another day with those smelly things in my hand. My 53rd birthday was coming up and the thought of another year as a smoker was just too much to handle. Luckily, I found VaporTalk and learned about the gear I really need to get serious about vaping. I'm happily smoke free now and plan to stay that way!

You might have seen my "Road Test" videos here and on youtube. My goal is to give honest reviews of vaping gear after having tested them under "real world" conditions. Chris, Sean, Moobie, etc. do a great job of reviewing the newest gear so I figured it was a good idea to beat on this stuff for awhile and see how it really shakes out. That way, you, the consumer, can make a better decision on how to spend your hard earned cash. So stay tuned for more Road Test with Dr. J videos in the future.
