I bought my 510 e-cigarette a couple of weeks ago from dietsmokes.com and discovered that I had received bad batteries. I went back to the website and contacted them about this and never received a response. so I then called the phone number that was on the business card i received and left a message about the bad batteries along with my phone number and email and still haven't received an answer back. What should I do? Any suggestions?

I have had my joye 510 for 6 days now and I love it. It gives me the vapor and the feel of smoking a cigarette. my friend has he m401 and I like it a lot but wanted to get more vapor with each pull. I have enjoyed my joye 510 so much i have showed it to all my smoking friends and they all couldn't believe that it felt just like smoking a cigarette minus the chemicals, I think I have changed the views of most of my smoking friends. I think I have gotten a few switching already. The joye 510 truly is the best out there in my opinion.

A friend of mine has had his m401 e-cigarette for 3 weeks now. He showed me that if u boil some water then put it in a bowl. Then put your atomizer in and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes, Then take it out and blow it out. then he let it dry overnight cleans the atomizer very well. I tried it after he did his process and found the e-cigarette produced the same amount of vapor as a brand new atomizer.He recommended doing this one a week to keep your atomizer working to full potential and to give it a longer life.
