I used a new carto, and put about 1ml of juice in... i used menthol PG (from another store site) -- they dont sell pg/vg mix. I just ordered some VG and I will mix them to see if it works. I'll keep ya'll posted. ty

I need some help with e-juice. I am still smoking cigs because I get frustrated trying to figure it out. (cop-out excuse ) Anyway, I purchased 3 diff bottles of e-juice, all 24 mg...all different flavors of menthol. I am a 1/2 to 1 pack a day smoker (Pall Mall Filter, Menthol 100's). For some reason, when I use the e-juice in my (joye eGo cartomizer), the throat hit is really harsh, not much "smoke" and it makes my throat itchy and cough most of the night. Like, the throat hit is harsher than a cigarette...which sounds...hmm, weird. So, I am wondering if the 24mg I am using is causing the harsh throat hit. Should I go less on the nicotine? Does the nicotine even matter to the throat hit? I am new....and new again (this is my second try at the e-cig thing)....and still cant get it right. I would LOVE to be able to never buy another pack of smokes again. I have a horrible smokers cough every day ..... however, considering I am 36 and started at 14, thats more than 20 years under my belt. Which is.... horrible. Any help to get away from the demon-sticks is appreciated. Thanks all! -Emily

I recently bought an e-cig from a local tobacco store off the shelf. It is crap. I have to charge it like every 1/2 hour. I have to refil the cartridges about 3 times a day (and i mix between real cigs too so its not constant vaping). Its called a "Revolution" (not the same one sold here). I have attached a pic of the crappy e-cig I bought and am currently using. Anyway, I want to invest in a good e-cig. I want to quit smokes all together and just do the e-cig. I am at a loss for which one will be good for me. I smoke almost a pack of real cigs a day. What I really want in an e-cig is alot of vapor, a good throat hit, and minimal "sucking". I have noticed with this e-cig i bought i have to suck really REALLY hard to get anything out of it. I'd also like to get something that lasts longer than 1/2 hour battery life. I have done some research and it seems like everyone recommends a Joye eGo -- however there are 2 kinds. One with a "tank" and one without. What is the difference? Is one better than the other? Also there is something else on there called a "pass through". I am really new to this and really want to quit smoking. Any help in choosing a good one will be much appreciated! Today is only day two so we shall see - i am still back/forth between that and real ones at the moment. Congrats on beings smoke free - Im sure with the 4,000 Chemicals in cigarettes, the vapors cant be nearly as bad right? I did pop off the top, there is not another o-ring in there, just some gauze looking stuff rolled up in inside (like cylinder shape). It was moist, so i am assuming that is where the vaport stuff would go. I suppose when I fill it i would have to use the "condom" as in the video i watched before. I think I am going to order some now... i do smoke menthol they are out but the non menthol cartridges I have taste ok too. (the menthol ones I bought when I bought this e-cig taste like minty toothpase). Again ----- TY so much for talking to me! -EMILY

Mine looks kinda different (the packaging and font) so idk if it is refillable. I guess that is what my question is. Are these safe? I mean, I tried Chantix (the stop smoking pill) and it literally wiped out my short term memory. It has been over a year since I took them and I still have no memory.

I bought an E-Cig at my local tobacco store. The name on it is "Revolution" and the website for it says Revo-lution.com -- it has a picture of a bull on the battery part -- and everything else looks pretty much the same as other E-Cigs, but I am wondering if this is the same REVOLUTION cig that is posted in this site and on the video's of how to refill them. I can attach a picture of the box and cig if anyone needs it. The font is different for the "R" on mine than it is on the one on this site...but thought it might still be the same cig. If it is NOT the same, would I still be able to refill it? Also, does the Vapor Talk Juice have nicotine in it? Thanks, this is my first post -- I am a new user.
