  1. I went to a local flea market last Saturday, and bought an eGo-T kit from a vendor there. I am very happy with this equipment. The battery will last me about 6 to 8 hours, which is fine. They are easy to add juice to, and they hit very nicely. I am VERY happy with it, and I have not smoked an analog cigarette since I bought this kit. Take care and keep the vape,
  2. Greetings All, I am hoping to find a group meeting that is within an hour or so of Chattanooga, TN (Atlanta would be ok) When I started vaping, I bought a starter kit from V2cigs. I have enjoyed using their products, but one of my batteries died, and when I took it apart to attempt repair, the wire connection to the battery broke off, and there is not enough material left on the battery to solder the wire back to it. By the way, I am a trained electronics technician, so I do have the technical skills to attempt this type of repair. Anyway, I really like the look of some of the mods. I specifically like the ones that are (or appear to be) made from copper pipe. Those just look really neat to me. I have been searching the net for these types of mods, and have found way too many to be make up my mind. I just can't seem to make a decision based only on user reports and photos. I need to see some in person. What advice or suggestions do you folks have? Thanks in advance, Stuart
  3. I am back home now. There were NO problem at all with the TSA security folks. Just make sure your carry on juice follows their 3-1-1 rule. I had several bottles of juice in my carry on bag. I had an analog looking ecig in my pocket. No problems at all. The TSA guy asked me if I traveled a lot, and said no, I just read the TSA website for liquid carry on rules. He seemed impressed. Everything went into the xray, and nothing was said. I noticed in the Delta in-flight magazine, they was a rules section. In the part about no smoking on Delta flights, they made specific mention that e-cigs and e-pipes were NOT allowed. Take care all you travelers, and have a great flight.
  4. I will be flying next week for a work trip. I don't intend to use my e-cig on the plane, but, can you HAVE them on a plane. It would be VERY nice to be able to take it in my carry on bag, so I would have fast access once the plane lands. If anyone has first had info, please let me know. Also, I have read on the TSA website, that you can take up to three ounces of liquid in your carry on bag. Has anyone been through the TSA security screening with a few small bottles of ejuice? What will the TSA folks think when they see a bunch of little bottle of liquid, with nothing more than a hand written sticker indication what the bottle contains? Thanks in advance,
  5. Thanks for the info on the tobacco shop, am I safe to assume that I might find 'some' vaping gear here? Anyway, thanks Very much for the info. I have only been vaping for about two months. I really enjoy vaping, much more than smoking an analog (I just love calling them "analog's".) Anyway, I will try to check it out. Thanks again,
  6. I will be traveling to Milwaukee, WI on May 17th. Just wondering if there are any vaping shops near downtown? If not downtown, any near by?
  7. Greetings, I have been vaping now for just about a month. I have totally quit the analog smokes. My current ecig setup is a starter kit and other than the battery being stainless, the unit looks like an analog cig. I am ready to move up to some better equipment. I does not mater to me that the equipment needs to look like a regular smoke. I do want something that have a long life battery. I have no idea about what type of atty I would need. Are there adantages of one over the other? Gosh, there is just SO many options to explore, and it's hard doing that just online. I wish there were some local shops with ecig gear, but other than a stand at the mall, I don't know of any in the Chattanooga, TN area. Does anyone know of any shops around, maybe Atlanta?? Thanks for reading.
