    Tank Troubles

    ok mine did that til I learned to put a couple of drops of the liquid in the atty b4 I put in the tank. What is happening is the cap on your tank is getting stuck to the prong in the atty and getting a little hot and melting the cap just a touch. I put the liquid in then add the tank and it seems to help but I am still a noob.I am still learning so good luck hope this helps.

    Vaping And Runny Nose

    Tags I noticed mine did that when I changed from 100% vg to a mix. With the vg I had really dry mucus membranes with the mix it went from dry to runny. I just went to wal-mart got some glycerin from the pharmacy section and add a couple of drops and that seems to help a little with the runny nose.I realize it decreases flavor but it does help if you need to find a site that has the flavors you like and add a few drops of flavor to off-set that problem.

    ok ok I have a tank and I took a bulb syringe and cut the tip off 3/4 of the way up so it fits over the tip of my atty and use that to blow it out then do like everyone else place a rolled up piece of paper towel inside and turn it upside down.

    How would a drip tip be used on a tank?

    Just like on any other atomizer. You remove the tank the same as you would a cartridge. :thumbsup: I am just hoping to find a drip tip that is large enough because that is a major difference the business end of a tank atomizer is larger then a 510 atty. If I can't find one I will just get some 510 attys and buy a drip tip for them even though I don't want to mess with my pink theme.

    Hi:

    I'm very new at this so I'll start at the beginning. I had ordered a starter kit from V2 cigs and have been waiting for it to ship for two weeks - I checked the order status today and it still has not been shipped or even filled so I canceled it entirely. After reading quite a bit on this forum I'm thinking I'll order the eGo-T starter kit and go that way. Do you think that will be a good place to start for someone who has never really vaped any except a puff or two off someone else's? And if it is a good idea where would be the best place to order one. Thanks much.

    I had never even tried vaping. I ordered my eGo-T from cignot.com. The shipping was prompt.The customer support outstanding. I live one state away from them and it took two days.I ordered on a Thursday and received it on Saturday. As soon as you place the they ship it out. The ladies who run cignot are awesome. I have not dealt with Chris at VT. I have heard many good things about the customer support. He is a great help here on the Forum.

    Drip Tips?

    I am looking into buying a drip tip for my eGo tank. Not sure where to start anyone have any suggestions? I spend so much time looking online at stores would like to know where to start. What are the best places to look? What are you having the best luck? I like my tank carts but I have found I get the best flavor with direct dripping and a mouthpiece. I figured I could do better with a drip tip instead of removing the mouthpiece all the time. :)

    It can actually take several weeks to a couple months for the lungs to really clear themselves out. Clear gunk is good.

    You also have to keep in mind you are now inhaling a new substance into your lungs---hands down better than smoking, but still inhaling stuff into your lungs (other than the standard oxygen and air pollutants).

    The other thing to look at is PG vs VG liquids--PG can sometimes be more irritating than VG for some. Many have had good luck with a PG/VG mix.

    I am using what is supposed to be a straight VG mix .

    Sweet Flavors

    ok I need some real sweet and kind of overpowering flavors cause I am losing flavor during the day. I need something that is only mild and sweet for morning and something that is heavy and real sweet for later in the day into the evening. any suggestions? I don't want any tobacco or menthol flavors.

    The hacking may last a few months off and on. It's your body's way of cleaning out your lungs. It's totally normal. The phlegm may just be your sinuses clearing also. Do you have any allergies? It is getting to be that season. Drinking water when your vaping is also a good idea. Your body is going to go through a lot of changes the next few months. Coughing up stuff is just par for the course.

    I hope you feel better soon and congrats on the quit!

    ok so if that is normal shouldn't it have some color? it is just clear like I am coughing up clear jell-o :( sorry that is the only way I can describe it

    Are you still smoking at all? If so, it will take much much longer. Even if you have a cigarette here or there. If you haven't picked up a cigarette at all it's going to take some time. If you've been smoking for years, just think how much gunk your lungs have to clean out. It may very well take some time :) Age also plays into factor as well. The younger you are, the quicker your body will most likely recover.

    no not smoking at all no analogs at all for almost 2 weeks. I just turned 31 been smoking since 17. so 14 years. :rolleyes2: oh I can just imagine how much junk is in there. and will be glad when it is all gone. :thumbsup:

    Ok so can anyone tell me why I am still hacking a lung and I haven't had an analog in over 2 weeks. Does anyone know how long it takes before I stop having phlegm in the back of my throat? :question: The phlegm is clear unlike when I was smoking it was brown or black.

    Lol mark! Run run! Seriously though there is no shame in saving money! I would be thrilled if any man i know knew how to make detergent or even use the darn washing machine!

    My Hubby knows how to do his own laundry and he is the one who makes our soap and he learned how from his Mother
