Thanks all for your help and postings. Yes, there was a blank cart. I took it out and put in one of the 5 that comes with it. When that didn't work, I put in Juice. Still nothing. It must have something to do with the charging of the battery. I'll just take a chance and try to charge it again, but just not sure if I need to do it for the original 8 hrs., or for one hour. Good thing this kit has two of everything in it.

Hi all. I'm old and from Texas, so please bare with me. I'm only on one other forum and that's for sleep apnea. That forum is much easier to work than this one. Yesterday I got my Joye eGo. I put it in the computer to charge for 8 hours like the instructions said. Brought up the video and put it all together. Nothing. No smoke. But it did make some noise. I don't want to break the darn thing. What now? thanks Susan
