I keep seeing the 510 ego kits that come with atomizers. Are there any of them that use cartomizer instead.

I need help picking out an ecig. I currently have a KR808D-1. I would like to know what the difference is between that and the KR808-1 or the DSE901. I thought perhaps I could try something different but how do you know what will fit with my charger, is the battery life longer? To start reading about all the choices is mind boggling. Also when ordering ejuice, what is the difference between the base types.
