I enjoy my Movkin bought it 28 October 2016 @ store in cape tow. voltage to low and also says battery voltage low and week. Store owner says he can't help as it comes with 90day warranty. Is this a way of getting customers to buy another device cause they know there might be a fault. also the clip below to hold the battery casing does not lock. The owner refuse to help me. what can I do
