i will pull out the wicks if i can see them on the side, defiantly is what tastes "Burnt"

ORRRRRRRRR, the wick is burnt a little bit inside the atty, if i can see the wick inside, i pull them out with tweezers, i drip also, i will wash out attys with HOT water and blow them out with air, works great.

Curious - are they Joye eGo batteries, or are they Riva or some other imitation?
ok heres the break down
2 mega ego batterys 900mah in kit( hard plastic button no logo on bottom of battery)- 1 is Fried and 2nd will never stop charging and it only lasts 2 hours
1 riva replacement battery 650 mah from happysmokes- they are replacing it

Nhaler would not cover my battery's and they were less 3 weeks old, tossed both of them

Yeah just hold more and only with the cart. I was disapointed by these because of that. Otherwise they are the same old atty. I would go for Low resistance or LR attys. They rock!
I do wonder about eGo mega attys cause they seem to actually be bigger...anybody know if they actually hold more with no cart?
like 2-3 more drips at a time, thats it

hmmm ik was wondering this too, i own a ego, but have suffered 3 battery losses in a month, thinking about the screwdriver cause i like using the LR attys and it has the replaceable batterys for cheaper, not $25. i love my ego, just dont want to buy a battery every week...

i lost 2 battery's to a sizzling atty.... i believe its the atty that is bad, its a 510 1.5 LR, damn it got hot quick, could barley unscrew it. gonna try a different LR ATTYS, i like the 901's, keep it at 2.0 instead of 1.5 and see if that corrects it

warning. Low resistance cartos and attys will shorten the life of mosfet driven batteries such as the ego and riva. People will tell you they dont, but they do. I have fried two batteries because they get entirely too hot, then they stick on, and fry.
I too have went down this road now waiting for my new batterys, i believe it was a bad LR atty that i screwed into, burn a Riva repl ands a mega ego batttey, and my 2nd ego 900mah only lasts 2 hours now on a charge 30 days into vaping... im still LOVING the LR 901 attys, gonna try a different atty on a battery to see if it fixes the prob. if not i will get a screwdriver 3.7 and use the LR attys still.
But yeah they STUCK ON and heated up like a volcano until i was able to unscrew them , glowing orange hot

As far as I know, they just hold more juice. The overall lifespan is iffy on all attys - no matter what. Some last for a month, some longer. Some last only a couple of weeks. Some last only a couple of days. The average lifespan is one month though.
I got a 510 mega ego atomizer, dont like it, sounds like smoking a bong..... still good after over a month though, im more of a LR guy w the 3.7v

As for the Ego,
I have the mega atom, not that fond of it, sounds like your smoking a bong, you need the LR attys for sure. i noticed the battery life does get chopped by about half using the low resistance ones, but for the ego i still can use it ALL DAY without a charge. not to fond of the carts or carto's for the 510.... i get juice im my mouth, lips, just sucks in my experience. i use a drip tip and love it.
I also play black ops on the 360 and run a clan, hit me up! we have a couple of ape users!

well since my bad ego battery experience i purchased a screwdriver mk2 from TW and GOD I LOVE IT. watch some reviews from people on youtube to find the device that best suits you.
