Hi, I wanted to share this important information with you. In 2004 I downloaded a version of the Anarchist Cookbook on the internet that contained a description of the electronic cigarette and some instructions on how to make one. I am surprised that I did not find any post relating this anywhere! For me the invention is public domain and we need to fight for it! Here is the link of the file.
