Thanks in advance for any help. I had a fully charged battery. Dropped the device, and, the glass broke on the tank. I went to buy another tank. After screwing it in, the red light came on showing the battery low on charge. I charged it, yet, the battery won't charge. (light stays red) Does this sound like a battery issue due to the drop, or, is the e-Lvt just not as good as the claim.
