Unfortunately, customs in LA, California is where my shipment is and can't get there anytime soon

Should read "held in customs for FDA clearance. It has been recommended that perhaps Chris could offer some advice or help.

I am a retail supplier of ecigs in Abilene, TX and my last import shipment has been held in customs for DFW clearance. Shipping agent says they will not release the shipment and I should count it as a loss. Can anyone offer me some help here? This loss will likely put us under.
