  1. Hello all, I've been using my Ego for a year now and would like to upgrade to a good mod. Can someone please suggest a mod that works very well and where I can find replacement parts easily. Also, where can I purchase at a competitive price. I no nothing about them. Thanks!
  2. I'm near Youngstown, Ohio and have not seen anyone vaping - just me!
  3. Thanks to everyone for your answers on this matter! I am very relieved to find out that it will be ok to take my stuff with me - YES!!!!
  4. I am going to be traveling by airplane and need to know if I'm allowed to take my Ego and a couple small bottles of eliquid on the plane with me. Help please!
  5. Cool!! Purrfect!!!! Thanks for your quick response! I hope this battery will last me a full day before having to charge it.
  6. Help! I just ordered a Joye Ego Mega Battery and now I am wondering if I can charge this battery with the standard Joye Ego charger?? Help please! Thanks!
  7. I now know my answer to this - it was the toothpaste I was using and not the vaping doing it to my teeth, thank God. I didn't want to give up my vape! No more Colgate Total for me. That stuff has some harsh chemicals in it!
  8. Thanks for all of your replies!! Yea, I have always had sensitive teeth but it's been worse. I'm just hoping the culprit is the toothpaste because I don't want to give up my Ego - it's my best friend!
  9. I started vaping about 2 months ago and just RECENTLY - in the past 2 weeks I've noticed that I am having problems with my teeth becoming extremely sensitive to everything I eat (especially sweets) and if I drink something cold or hot. I'm not sure if it's from ecigs or not. I have been using the same eliquids as always, about 24 nic and 100% PG. Now, I also did something different - I switched toothpastes. I began using Colgate Total within the last 2 weeks. So...now I'm not sure of the cause of this. Toothpaste or vaping?? I threw out that toothpaste and am using the Sensidyne and I guess if pain goes away I'll know the culprit. So the question I do have for others is has anyone else experienced overly sensitive teeth and gums from vaping? Help please! Thanks
  10. Try the cinnabomb flavor from Vaporbomb.com It's pretty flavorful!
  11. That's a great idea! Where do you purchase your menthol liquid at? I know there are so my companies selling it. Also how many drops of this would I add to a cart of flavor? Or if I want to direct drip instead, how many drops would I need to put into a 5ml bottle?
  12. This has happened to me also and I wasn't even able to get a good throat hit anymore. So today I tried a strong cinnamon flavor and that worked for me.
  13. This has been quite a learning experience for me. I'm going to look into the Joker. I don't know anything about variable voltage but I'm going to google this and read about it. Thanks.
  14. With the 36 I wasn't direct inhaling. Too strong. But back down to 24 and direct inhaling.
  15. I experienced the strangest thing while trying out different nic strengths. Here's what I did: I started off vaping 24 and got a pretty decent TH and then thought I would try one at 36 instead. Vaped that for a while and then thought it felt too strong for my liking then I went back to 24. Then I noticed I could barely feel a TH at all! What happened? This is very strange to me. I don't know if I got used to the higher nic level or what! Did it do something to my throat? I have no clue. Has anyone else out there experienced this?? If so, what causes this to happen? Yes! I know this sounds very odd but I needed to ask.
  16. Congrats on your new apartment! At least your rent is cheap. I own a house but there's always some kind of maintenance involved. Something is always breaking and I have to keep nagging my brother to fix everything!
  17. From what I've been reading so far it looks to me like the PG is the best bet for me. 1) I heard that it has better throat hit which I love. 2) The eliquid is more flavorful with it 3)PG doesn't clog up an atty like VG can. So that's what I've found out from my Google search. The only thing I don't like is having a DRY mouth while vaping and I'm wondering if I got a mix of PG with VG that would help or not. Time to do another Google again!
  18. I'm still new to vaping (only less than a month) and I have ordered a number of eliquids for my Ego. I have been using 100%PG eliquid at 12-36 mg. I see that these liquids are also made with VG and that you can buy a mixture of PG and VG together. I'm very confused. What is the difference I will notice using an eliquid made with VG? I really don't know the reason someone would choose something different. Can someone please explain this to me? Does one work better than the other or what?
  19. Wow! Everyone is SO helpful at the VT forum. Thanks so much for all of your ideas! I'll have to see which one works best for me as we all have different ways of doing things.
  20. Ok, this is kind of funny but I'm vaping marshmallow this evening then I got a craving to eat something sweet so I started eating reese's peanut butter cups while vaping the marshmallow....pretty good combination!
  21. So I see I'm not the only one who does this! So I'm not that strange afterall!
