  1. Look what just came in the mail. For Beta testing
  2. ZMax V2 with choice of RMS or standard Voltage output. Choice of Wattage or Voltage Adjustment via Menu setting Li-Po 20C battery USB Charging Compact box form Menu Options: 1.Uu Adjust Voltage or Wattage Up 2.Ud Adjust Voltage or Wattage Down 3.So S.on = Turns your device on. S.oF = Turns your device off. 4.Uc Check voltage of battery 5.dS Will display 1 of these selections every time you push the "vape" button, depending upon which one you select that you want shown? do = Display atomizer/cartomizer output voltage du = Display battery output voltage dR = Display atomizer/cartomizer resistance 6.Lo L.on = Turns your LED on. L.oF = Turns your LED off. 7.UP Voltage or Power Uo = Constant Voltage operation Po = Constant Power (wattage) operation 8.NR Choice of V1 or V2 operation RNS = This selection gives you the "RMS" accurate output results of the upgraded V2. NEA = This selection gives you the "MEAN" less accurate output, but higher power results of the previous V1. Thanks to my buddy who gifted me the ZMax controller, I was able to make this mod.
  3. Slow Comfortable Screw Up Against The Wall 10% Orange 2% Licorice (for the Galliano taste) 2% Peach (for the Southern Comfort taste) 2% Black Berry (for the Sloe Gin taste) 1% Everclear 190 Proof Grain Alcohol (for the kick) Adjust to taste
  4. Excellent. I like the dark wood in first photo
  5. Latest maximum results: 25.44 Watts 4.67 Amps Using a 1.2 ohm Ceramic resistor measuring 1.16 ohms Not bad for a single battery and a PTN04050C
  6. I guess soon Evolv will start making a USB charging module available for their DNA. I received two Micro USB charger boards a couple of days ago from Brandon for testing. Nice and tiny. A great size that doesn't take up much room. I don't have the spec's on it but I am thinking it maybe 500mah. Here is a size comparison with the two others I have used.
  7. This mod has a AtMega328p micro-controller with a Nokia cell phone display. It is powered by a 20C Lithium-Polymer battery. The boost circuit is the good ole PTN04050C. PARTS: ATMega328p AVR Nokia Graphic Display PTN04050C 20C lithium polymer 3.7 battery 1 amp USB Charger 100 Amp Sensor Parallel 5.1A PTC resetable fuses 5A On/Off Slide Switch 18 gauge wiring Aluminum Enclosure (size of a pack of cigs) Maximum Results so far: 22.78 Watts 3.38 Amps 6.3 Volts output The PTN04050C is spec'd at 12 Watts, 2.4 Amps yet I was able to achieve the above results. This mod is far superior to the DNA mod on output wattage and amperage.
  8. Here it is with a DNA by Evolv in it: With the right camera distance the display looks pretty clear: Not so clear but over 11 watts. Max was 11.58 watts. USB charging:
  9. Finally Completed and it works great. I would have liked to put it in a smaller enclosure but I settled on this one. I searched for months and couldn't find anything I liked. Next one will be smaller. The next to last photo shows the button I would have liked to use but it was too massive. I refrained from using a Digital Pot because I need a 200 ohm trimmer and the D.P.'s lowest value is 10k ohms. Having done this with my side x side mod, I know that adjusting voltage would be pretty crappy as the increment jumps are pretty large. Features: AVR ATMega328 - microprocessor Amperage Sensor Programmed w/ Arduino Sketch Software FTDI output pins for future re-programming OKR-T/6 USB Charging Circuit Series 2x Li-Po 20c batteries for vaping Parallel batteries for charging via USB 8x2 LCD Display Slotted Vent Holes on bottom plate Display Shows: Output Voltage - Amperage - Resistance of Atty - Wattage - Battery Level in Percentage I compared voltage and amperage with my Digital Multimeter and the Mod Display readings are exact.
  10. New Addition: .44++ (Plus Plus) mini Booster Box Mod Variable Voltage Same as above but will hold an AW 18490 - 1100mah or AW IC 18500 - 1500mah. Some modding required to house the battery. I was able to fully recess the battery connector. Voltage range is 3.99v to 6.1v. Even better results than the 18350.
  11. .44+ (Plus) mini Booster Box Mod Variable Voltage The Plus is same circuit as the .44 mini booster but with an 18350 battery rather than the 14500. I used the 04050CAS because the mount studs are much shorter but requires much effort to solder too. I real P.I.A. The box is the same height and width but deeper. Some modding required to house the battery. Voltage range is 3.79v to 6.2v. Nice vape from this 1200mah battery Photo to the left is the .44 Plus (18350) and the right is the .44 (14500)
  12. YouTube Video of TWO .44 Mini Boost Mods with two different voltage ranges..
  13. Ha, Ha, it's the piece that excepts the touch that would cause a bigger conversation...
  14. Just put together another .44 mini booster. This time with a touch switch and a voltage range that can handle Low resistance Dual Coil cartos.
  15. Yes Jen, mixed drink recipes make wonderful eJuices. Thanks Have you tried the Bahama Mama?
  16. Beetle Juice: Raspberry 5% Mango 3% Pineapple 5% Strawberry 6% All above flavors are FlavourArt but you can use what you have
  17. Flamingo Recipe: Strawberry 8% Peach 7% Coconut 3%
  18. Bahama Mama: 4% Orange 3% Mango 5% Pineapple 6% Pina Colada or Coconut
  19. The tubes are adjustable by just sliding in or out. They can hold many types and size batteries. You can fit two 18650's (18mm diameter) down to 18350's. For smaller diameter batteries such as 17500 (17mm), 16340 & RCR123a (16mm) and 14500 (14mm), a filler tube can be placed around the battery. Photo to left has the 18650's
