How do I do that without connecting the coil to an rda first?

Hey guys, my 28.5mm cerberus rda is supposed to get here today by the time I get home from work and I was wondering: Can anyonr tell me how many wraps I should make each of the three coils with 24g kanthal in order to get about a .24 ohm build? I would like to know before hand so that I don't waste a bunch of wire trying to figure it out on my own.

I have had several experiences on ebay: some good; many bad. I generally dislike ebay just because no matter what the seller rating is, you can get burned. Sites like amazon really raise the bar as far as fixing problems that are not theirs to fix. I LOVE vaperoyalty.com because they do the same with their customer support.

Thanks guys. Does anyone have a reputable site from which I can get a magnetic switch or a killer spring for my infinite cartel without having to sell one of my children and fast shipping?

Well, I have been stuck at work for the past twenty hours, so I didn't have any alcohol to soak my parts in but I did give EVERYTHING a thorough wash. Rebuilt my deck and everything. My first few hits still kind of burned but it is much better now. Anyone have any recommendations on how to keep my switch from sticking? I'd love to get a magnetic switch for my infinite cartel but the site I trust doesn't carry any. My switch also tends to get hot sometimes. It's not all the time and there are varying degrees of heat from "that's pretty warm" to "holy hell my finger!!!"

I have cleaned it but I will again. Alcohol soak, here we come. And my drip tip is stainless steel. The taste really comes and goes but it has yet to return to the rich, amazing, taste that got me into dripping. But I'll do the soak and post back.

Now, several hours later of not touching my mod, I picked it up and used it and it wasn't horrible. Still not rich flavor but it didn't choke me up and burn my throat. This is so weird.

Okay, so I have the SS cartel mod by Infinite and the stillare by hcigar. Yesterday, I mixed a bit of crap chinese juice with my normal stuff since I was running low and they were, essentially, the same flavor. When I tried to vape it, I got the most harsh, disgusting, almost chemical vape of my life. It was horrid. So rebuilt and waited until I could get more of my normal stuff. I get to the vape shop and drip and alla that and it's fine. But then about six hours later, that nasty taste comes creeping back and I can't get rid of it. I don't know what's wrong. It's not as horrible as before but it is still unpleasant for sure. Any ideas?

I went ahead and purchased a back of two vtc5's off of Amazon. The reviews were all positive except for one and that one only rated low bc one of the batteries was DOA and wouldn't charge but he said the seller rectified the situation. Only spent 28 USD, so we'll see. My cartel just got here today, so I'll just have to make due with one vtc5 until they arrive. Thanks for the reply man.:-)

Thanks for the reply. I had seen some good things about it but oh well. I ordered a cartel and I've been investigating the mod head, aka destroying it. Lol I'm using my nautilus tank and itaste mvp until the cartel arrives.

Also, where should I order them so thati don't lose teeth? Lol

I also got to looking at my "vtc4" that I got from our vape shop and the last four digits on the serial are "vtc5." I don't think or so knows what they are talking about. Maybe she sold me a vtc5 for the vtc4 price?

I have no idea. I'm sure it is a clone but it doesn't say anything about it on the box aside from the name. And I'm using it on my maraxus. I'm getting PO'd with this thing. It is just one issue after the other. First my bottom contact was bad. And now the top pin won't reach the RDA. I'm thinking of breaking my budget and just ordering a cartel from vaperoyals. I just wish I didn't have to wait for it to get here.

I've been looking andi can't find anything. I tried unscrewing it and it didn't do anything. I wish I could get the pin in the top cap of this maraxus to work right.

I have an omega RDA and the pin on the bottom has like a flathead screw looking dealy. I was wondering if I could unscrew that to make it longer.

Okay, so after all of the issues with substandard parts in this particular maraxus clone, I'm ready to just buy a new mod instead of buying the parts to try and fix this. So, what are your favorite mods? What vendors do you trust to provide clones that use quality parts? Please be as unbiased as possible. I would like to only spend around 50 bucks and I'd like shipping to be prompt.

Well, now I see the floating pin on top is sagging down like the spring isn't pushing it up enough to make good contact with the RDA. I swear, this clone is having so many issues. When it fires, it's amazing but substandard parts are its downfall.

How should I go about cleaning the top of my maraxus? I accidentally flooded my RDA last night and now it won't fire. I have tried a cotton swap but it still won't fire.

It initially started as a try at keeping the button cool. But at this point, I just like the way it looks and feels in my hand with that configuration.

Took it back to the vape shop and insisted that it wasn't working properly. Finally the shop owner's brother took a look and backed me up that the button was faulty and he gave me a new button. It works great now and no hot button either. Now here is another question: with the maraxus, is there any real reason I can't rearrange the rings to make it more comfortable to hold? I had both vent rings at the bottom and she tried to tell me that was why it wasn't working and that it can melt the battery if I rearrange the rings. How much truth is there to that?

Oh. I also arranged both vent rings next to the button.

I bought the SR clone from someone at work for fifteen bucks yesterday. Couldn't resist the deal. And no. I only have the omega for my mods. All of my tanks need new coils andi really don't feel like trying to rebuild a nautilus right now. Lol. But as of right now, it seems to be consistently firing again. The button still gets hot but since it fires every time as it's supposed to, I rarely gold the button long enough to notice. I'm thinking it has something to do with the battery not seating properly when I screw it all together. Other than that, I have no flippin' clue.

This is the first mod I have ever purchased. I got everything I needed from a local vape shop and I got a decent deal due to the fact that I have brought them a lot of business. I have cleaned all the contacts, the pins are not loose, and the screws on my build deck are tight but not at risk of being stripped. I don't know if there is a way to disassemble the switch but if there is, I'd love to know. I have been looking at several maraxus clones online and some have silver pins with black insulators and others seem to have copper or gold pins with white insulators. While I'm sure copper gives better contact, I'd hate for it to oxidize too quickly.
