So I had a 808 batt short out on me the other day, being down to one functioning batt not so good. I grabbed the old soldering iron, and old usb cable and an empty pill bottle and threw it all together. Had to use a mini toggle for now, now momentary switches layin around. Unloaded it's puttin out about 4.7v on my old iBook, and 5.2v on my wife's new HP. Not sure what the loaded volts are but on the Mac I'm not gettin much vapor, but on the HP I've got clouds of vapor comin out of this thing! YaY!

Hey guys and gals. Ok, this is kinda weird but hey it works! Kinda... So me and the misses were cleaning the bedroom this afternoon and I stumbled upon an old, hmm hmm clears throat, vibrator control box that my wife thought was broken, turns out it was just a broken wire, anywho, I remembered that I had an old disposable e-cig layin around collecting dust so I decided to make a mod! So I grabbed my meter and did some pre testing to see how much power I could pull out of this thing. Now, it's one of the ones that has the vibrating egg on a long wire thingy that has 5 levels of vibration, and 5 different "settings", three pulse modes and two slow to fast. Now the voltage coming out in the first 2 levels aren't much, .7 and 1.2, but the last three are what I found interesting, 2.4, 3.8 and peaking out around 4.7ish. The two slow to fast settings slowly increase the voltage from .7 to 4.7, the first slowly the second a little quiker. So I cut the egg off the end of the wire, split em up and tore apart my disposable and soldered everything together and cranked her up. Right off the bat not much vapor production. The batt connector and atty is an automatic from a Smokers Choice No7 disposable so I have to idea what it is comparable to. Gonna order some 808 connectors and see if I can get this thing vaping. Still needs a little tweaking but, it works! My first Mod... YaY!

The only reason I know what I'm about to say is because I have a friend that used to be a crack head, I myself have not or ever will smoke crack... Apparently, when you smoke crack, you wrap scotch brite around your crack rock and stuff the scotch brite/crack rock ball into your crack pipe. When you heat the scotch brite with your lighter, the chemicals in the pad heat up and melt your crack, the crack soaks into the pad trapping the chemicals, so when you smoke your crack, your smoking crack and whatever the hell is in scotch brite! So sounds like the crack is not what kills, it's the scotch brite. So yeah, don't use scotch brite! Kinda reminds ya of analogs huh? It's not the nicotine that kills, it's all the other crap!

I'm the same way, when my buddies come over to drink I always end up bummin a couple analogs from them and I've had a couple with one of my co-workers after work. But when I'm by myself drinkin or just chillin and vaping I don't even think about analogs. It's just the mind playin tricks!

Hello all, so I'm chillin at work today, I reach for my 808 and for some reason I looked down at it and happened to notice something black on my green carto. After a little investigation I realized it was dirt, grease and who knows what else all gummed up in the slit where the ends of the label meet. It kinda grossed me out after thinking about where my hands had been all day, I work in the auto industry so I touch oil, grease, rust, battery acid, just plain dirty parts all day. I ended up up takin my knife and cutting just above the flavor print and peeled the rest of the label off and grabbed some degreaser to clean off all the adhesive. Much better and easier to keep clean. So I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get some label less 808 cartos. I remember seeing a youtube video last month with a guy showing off a ziplock bag full of blanks that had everything loose in it, condoms, o-rings, end caps and labels, and he said where he got it from in the video but I cannot find the video now!

Thats interesting to say the least...
