  1. I tried another carto. Same result. Just not good enough at 3.7 volts. Vapor production and throat hit are definately subjective. These just dont compare to dripping a 1.7ohm 306 addy. Bummer, cause I love the concept!
  2. Plenty of juice in the carto. hole is visible. even primed it with extra juice through the tip no luck. Thanks for the review, good vapor for you it appears. Could it be the roughstack that I am using possibly? maybe I am spoiled by a 306?
  3. Been vaping this thing for 2 days now and I am having some issues. I am vaping on a roughstack v2 with a 510 short extension. My normal vape is a 30%/70% mix from tastyvapor. I typically drip with a 306 atty at 1.5ohms, 3.7 volts and get massive vapor. When I use the tank cartomizer with a 16340, 18350 or 18650 battery for 3.7 volts that vapor is pathetic. Comparable to a gas station e cig. If I double up the 16340s for 5 volts the thing will not even fire, however if I double the 18350s and jump the thing up to 7.4 volts it will fire. I get decent vapor that way, but it cuts out at 1/2 a second so I basically have to pulse the button. When I first fired it at 7.4 it did not cut out and I got massive clouds. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, the tank storage is awesome, flavor is good, but until this thing performs like a 306 I will just be disappointed. anyone have any advice???
  4. Roughstack user, but I have ordered tons of other items and juice. To me the juices are hit and miss but they are an amazing company. If you ever have issues, they have impecable customer service, plus they always send me free stuff with my order!!!
  5. Did you have a control group to compare your results to? Peoples experiences always differ and so do preferences, IMO lithium ions rock. I try to be a good person, and be helpful and I would never recommend something that did not work for me. That doesnt make me a blasphemer. Answer me this, if you had ego batteries that would last long periods of time, and had no issues. Then you went to 1.7 ohm attys and fried 3 batteries in a row, in less than a month would you recommend LR on an ego? Feels like people are always attacking me for passing on my experience. I have nothing to gain by not being honest on my experience. But on forums people always consider my advise with a negative tone, not sure why it is. I assure you, I have good intentions, and I am simply trying to help.
  6. Although plenty of people argue with me, LR cartos and Attys drastically shorten the life of ego batteries. Your welcome to do a study if you would like, I did. But regardless, using protected lithium ion batteries with low resistance causes 0 problems! In that regard it is awesome! Plus replacing the 14650 battery is around 5 bucks, versus the 20 you will pay for an ego battery. Lithium batteries have far better life then mosfet driven batteries, and they are so cheap you can have plenty of spares. I cannot find a con anywhere on this product. I use a roughstack so I wont be buying one, but I could see it as a backup for sure! I doubt you will see any bad reviews on this item. BTW, Madvapes rocks! They love giving free stuff out, and if they mess the order up, you keep the mess up and they sent the right stuff, plus fast shipping and fair prices. They are a great company.
  7. Tasty Vapor has Mint Chocolate Chip, but that is neither here nor there. The FDA uses the media to spin thier lies. The thing I cant figure out is what they have to gain? So they found 2 poisons, what about the 4000+ in real smokes! Sheesh!
  8. Nobody mentioned it, but the madvapes Roughstack is awesome, for the price it is tough to beat.
  9. Madvapes has tons of great products. Thanks for posting
  10. So far so good. Not seeing any decrease what so ever!
  11. Not a whole lot to say. Vapor cannon says it all. Most vapor I have seen from a atty. Flavor is comparable to other attys, but the vapor is on another level. Vaped on a roughstack, set to 3.7 volts.
  12. I was able to fit 30 drops in one of these bad daddies. Vapor is not quite as good as I expected, but it very good compared to single coil cartos. The biggest thing I notices was the flavor. They made my juices really pop! Never have seen a carto improve the flavor, but somehow it happened. I vaped them on a roughstack, set to 3.7 volts. Unbelievable. I will see how long they last, but my first impression is a damn good one!
  13. I recommend this. http://www.madvapes.com/RoughStack-V2-Kit_p_2968.html
  14. Thank you, that is very helpful. Mild is the primary word I was looking for. Seems like most people actual prefer that, to me it is a major turn off. One of the reasons I prefer TV, the flavor is like an explosion. I really like to indulge , so bold flavors are my thing. Thanks again for your help.
  15. I am always disappointed when ordering from other places, they always taste like soap, or if they dont they are weak. TV is the only place I have found that doesnt have that. Are there other manufacturers out their that can match the intensity and sweetness of TV juices?
  16. I just simply had 3 batteries in a row that after about a month of use, simply stuck on, and never worked again. While it may be the minority, but it does happen.
  17. I was just stating my experience, I apologize if it appeared to be a blanket statement. I roached 3 batteries in a row, I was vaping 1.8 ohm cartomizers. If someone is not having issues, by all means continue to do it. On madvapes, my supplier of choice, it clearly states a warning on all attys and cartos 2.0 ohms and below, that they are not designed for use with mosfet batteries. Once I read this it validated the issues I was having. Clearly it is not all mosfet batteries, but I can assure it does happen to some. But I no longer have a use for an ego. I was just trying to save a few pennies for some fellow vapers. Experiences in this case clearly seem to vary.
  18. That is great, you have gotten lucky. Mosfet batteries are not designed to work long term with low ohm loads. It some cases they will, but it is not the norm. I typically got 1 month out of them before they stuck on and burnt my leg from my pocket. However, I have moved on to a roughstack, so it is no longer a problem.
  19. Tastes definately vary, thier tobacco was the most realistic I have found to this point, however after months of vaping, I no longer care for the flavor of tobacco. Thanks for the input!
  20. If you vape LR with an ego or riva it will fry the mosfet, and the result you get is what you experienced. They are not designed to work with LR. Hope that helps.
  21. Tastyvapor.us is so good, I cant bring myself to spend money elsewhere. I have tried several other, always leaving me disappointed.
  22. At tastyvapor.us you can make custom mixes with up to 3 flavors. Who has tried this? What flavors did you use? How did it turn out. I am thinking of ordering vanilla butternut, caramel, cappucino.
  23. Tasty Vapor is flat out the best IMO. They never stop amazing me.
